Bobbi Silten
Managing Director
BobbiH.Silten@sharedvalue.orgBobbi Silten is the Managing Director of the Shared Value Initiative, a global community of leaders who find business solutions for societal challenges.
She is the co-editor of the Purpose Playbook, a guide to help business leaders put purpose into practice with shared value.
Bobbi has been a long-time practitioner of leading social change through business and brings deep experience as a purpose-driven leader with over three decades of corporate experience. Previously, Bobbi spent 12 years at Gap Inc. where she most recently served as EVP, Global Talent & Sustainability. She sat on the company’s senior leadership team and oversaw communications, government affairs, sustainability, and Gap Foundation. She joined Gap Inc. as the head of Gap Foundation and led the transformation of the organization based on a shared value strategy. As the head of the Gap Foundation she oversaw the creation of the P.A.C.E. program for female garment workers as well as This Way Ahead, a first jobs program for underserved youth leveraging Gap Inc. leaders and stores. Prior to joining Gap Inc., Bobbi spent a decade at Levi Strauss & Co., with her last five years as President of Dockers U.S. Bobbi began her career in advertising and was with Foote, Cone & Belding/SF for 11 years.
Bobbi co-founded and chaired Reimagining Service, a national cross-sector effort to increase the impact of volunteering in the U.S., and was a founding board member of the Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety. In 2011, she was appointed by President Obama to serve on the White House Council for Community Solutions to create pathways for Opportunity Youth and she is currently a co-chair of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Systemic Inequalities and Social Cohesion.

Alicia Dunn

Alicia.Dunn@sharedvalue.orgAs Director of Marketing & Communications for the Shared Value Initiative, Alicia leads strategic communications thinking in order to build a movement of companies engaged in shared value.
In this role, Alicia leads the conceptualization and execution of the annual Leadership Summit and works with the team to develop engaging thought leadership and collaborative experiences. She also leads the SVI’s engagement with Fortune magazine to develop the annual Change the World list. Alicia comes to FSG with over 10 years of experience building communications plans for companies committed to systemic social and environmental change. Alicia worked as the marketing communications manager at Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships where she oversaw a marketing team to provide strategic direction, campaign and message development, content creation, media outreach, website support, digital marketing, and event marketing targeted to a wide range of audiences.

Georgie Eckert
Senior Program Manager
Georgina.Eckert@sharedvalue.orgAs Senior Program Manager, Georgie helps oversee programming and activities that support shared value leaders. She is co-editor of the Purpose Playbook and manages its updates and translations.
In this role, Georgie works with the team to develop tools for shared value practitioners, and organize events such as ideas exchanges, the Leadership Summit, and other collaborative programs that bring together shared value innovators working to activate their purpose by creating shared value. Georgie comes to the SVI with experience as a financial journalist in New York, where her focus was primarily on impact investing and developments across emerging-market economies and financial communities. She brings a global perspective to the SVI’s work through her international upbringing and experiences studying and researching in developing countries.
