BioBACKGROUND Professor Andrew MacLeod (Ba/LLB (Tas), LLM (Soton), GDip International Law (Melb), GAICD) is immediate past Managing Director of Good Super in Australia, is a Professor and Head of the Shared Value Commission at Kings College London, a Non Executive Director for New York based Cornerstone Capital, Non Executive Director of Vision Developments in Australia and a Senior Adviser to Homestrings plc in London. MacLeod is an accomplished organisational leader. He brings a practical, experienced analysis to the link between sovereign and community risks and the valuation of major assets particularly in developing economies. MacLeod also acts as an advisor to Gane Energy Australia, is an Affiliate Senior Associate to the Center for Strategic International Studies in Washington DC, sits on the Sustainable Accounting Advisory Board, and advises numerous charities. He maintains a Commission as an Australian Army Officer (reserve). Previously he was General Manager Community, Communications and External Relations for Rio Tinto (Copper), CEO of the Committee for Melbourne and a Senior United Nations and International Committee for the Red Cross humanitarian official. He was also a member of the Steering Committee of the World Economic Forum ‘Future of Civil Society’ project and the Kings College Humanitarian Futures project.
