Pearson, the world’s largest education company, launched an internal "efficacy framework" in 2011 based on evaluating and improving its entire portfolio of products and services with an eye towards learning outcomes. This “Incomplete Guide” is an explanation Pearson's "path to efficacy," in which they have learned what it means to deliver learning outcomes in various settings and what it takes to embed an idea right into the heart of a company. It is "incomplete" because it is just one view of the complex world of learning, which has only just begun.
