Creating Shared Value (CSV) was concept adopted by Mishal Pakistan, as an inspiration from the Harvard Business Review article published in January-February 2011. Mishal Pakistan lanuched its initiative of AGAHI Awards (Pakistan's first Journalism excelnece awards), Shaping the Future of Journalism. Initially the conceot was introduced to the journalist community to understand and create the demand side of the CSV. This initiative was picked up by media, however we as an organization failed to introduce and excite the media community at an institutional level.

Giving Garage

Initiative/ Project Description:

Most social entrepreneurs compete unfavorably due to lack of structures, and inability to secure resource support and funding. It is a known fact that most ideas generated that lack start-up skill, innovation; funding and structure will die untimely. We intend with the support from DRR Experts create the "Giving Garage". Our goal is that the Giving Garage would have supported 100 Social Entrepreneurs between 2015 and 2016.
